I have been eyeing coolcrutches for a while and after much thought I ordered.

Less than 48 hours later my snow leopard stick arrived and suddenly I wasn't sure anymore so I got straight onto customer services who could not have been nicer or more reassuring and agreed I could return for a full refund. Before popping the stick back in the box I decided I would just try it quickly on my living room carpet...well let's just say it's not going back and I am saving for another style. The sturdiness of the stick and the lightweight feel is nothing like any of the NHS issue ones I have. The silence when the stick is in use is like a breath of fresh air and the ergonomic handle feels so so different. Add to that the wrist strap that is much more comfortable than the textile one I brought from Amazon and I'm in stick bliss. I can't believe I almost sent it away because I didn't think the pattern was me. I got so used to feeling dowdy with my NHS sticks for the last 8 years I had forgotten I actually am ok to feel bright and stylish. I love love the style and pattern and the funny thing is people now stop me and say how much they like my stick instead of that awkward oh dear what have you done at yourself chat because they don't expect people my age to need sticks. 10/10 cool crutches. In fact if it were possible 11/10❤️

Very comfortable handle

Love my new stick! Handle very comfortable for my arthritic hand, love the design and delighted there's no clicking noise. Over all very pleased. Easy to order and very quick delivery. Happy 😊

Gorgeous design, comfortable to use

I've only recently needed to use a walking stick (osteoarthritis in right hip) and so wanted one that would be comfortable to use but look glamorous too.
This wonderful snow leopard design ticks both boxes. The hand rest is moulded to fit the hand perfectly and the adjustable option made setting it to the perfect height very easy. There was a leaflet in my package that clearly explained how to adjust the setting, very useful. The stick looks great and has a very sturdy feel when using it - I'm very happy with this first purchase of mine!
The website was easy to use and delivery was very swift.

2 detachable wrist strap

Each walking stick comes with a detachable wrist strap so you can rest your walking stick on your arm without it falling to the floor – useful when opening doors / carrying bags etc.

3 height adjustment clip

Height adjustable leg with clip adjustment to ensure silence when walking, and also making our walking sticks suitable for those between 152cm - 193cm tall.
