We hope you will be completely happy with your Cool Crutches or Walking Sticks. Should you wish to return anything you have bought please ensure you do so within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund.

To return any items please see the returns information enclosed in your delivered box. All items must be returned in the original packaging with the receipt to the below address: Cool Crutches, Unit 8, Kwikform Building, Hales Industrial Park, Rowleys Green Lane, Coventry, CV6 6AT.

We regretfully cannot accept returns which are damaged in transit and so strongly recommend using a tracked courier such as Evri, Yodel or the Royal Mail Guaranteed next day delivery service (please be aware this is a more expensive option) if you are in the UK for all returns, as this provides adequate insurance cover for loss/damage in transit.

If you are unable to take your return to a Post Office, please do use one of the listed couriers above as they will be able to collect from your house.

Please be aware all personalised crutches and walking sticks as well as international orders are non-refundable.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order, quoting your order number. We will confirm receipt of all email cancellations.

A full refund will be paid by to your card online (less postage & packaging), providing the goods are returned as delivered within 14 days of receipt.

Best purchase

I've only had these crutches for 2 days, however after spending 4 years on NHS crutches I can safely say that these are leaps and bounds better. I am able to now walk about without getting fatigue in my hands and arms, and I feel so much more confident and less defined by my disability!

Just lovely

This design in swirling indigo paisley seems to go with almost everything I wear. So happy I got it. Having a mobility aid which is not only amazingly comfortable and secure, but also looks great and suits my own style, is a wonderful mood booster.

Favourite walking stick

I have purchased Cool crutches from yourselves in the past very comfortable walking stick & feel secure with them.
When I had the chance to have my design on a walking stick I thought I would go for it. I was over the moon with the result I know there isn’t going to be another one like it. I was also impressed with the grip on the stick it was soft & very comfortable. With arthritic hands & wrists this went a long way in making the walking stick very comfortable. Overall I’m very pleased with the product. Also, they are very well made. Thank you CC

Apart from the tiny lock that is difficult to remove for adjustment of the height, it is a solid and dependable walking stick.
