I considered buying this for about a year and i am so glad i finally did. The handle takes the pressure off my wrists and arms. Its bright and colourful which i love as most disability aids are black or boring colours, and lastly, there is no irritating clicks or noises when walking along (which my old stick did). Its so much more comfortable to use and even though its lightweight, I feel sturdy when using it.
I had to send my walking stick back but this was dealt with the utmost professionalism. I also received my refund within days. For me I wanted a stick which was patterned all over although I understand that if I also want to change the height then the pattern cannot go everywhere but perhaps this can be mentioned on the website? I also had difficulty putting the sponge pads on the hand part. I guess if you have another person to help then this might not be so difficult when you have rheumatoid arthritis in your hand. In summary, I was treated with genuine respect and as an individual customer. All of the email communications I received treated my issues seriously so I will consider purchasing again in the future as I can trust the company.Thank you
One came damaged but they were super fast and sent a replacment before i was able to print the returns and sent the damaged one back
Always handy bought 2 so i can use some for other things around the house
