Following a disclocated pelvis and three slipped discs, Eamonn Holmes has been faced with nerve damage, chronic pain and a reliance on crutches.  Not one to let adversity get the better of him he's ploughed on with his rehab, personalised red Cool Crutches in hand.  Eamonn continues to take every hurdle in his stride, whilst keeping his sense of humour at the forefront of everything he does.  The peak of this was a full throttle boogie on Friday's This Morning show, Cool Crutches in hand.

Brian Murray is a professional athlete, captain to Scotland's National Amputee Football team and an undeniable fighter!  A passionate footballer from a young age, faced with a life changing cancer diagnosis at just 11 years old.  This incredible man has turned adversity into opportunity by helping to launch amputee football in Scotland.  Brian was kind enough to have a chat with us about his life and work as a pioneer for amputees in the UK.
