UK Delivery

Mainland UK

For free next day delivery, your order must be placed before 3pm. Your order will be delivered for free by courier the next WORKING day (Monday-Friday).

For example, an order placed on a Monday before 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday, however an order placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Monday.

Personalised Crutches & Walking Sticks

We offer FREE delivery on all our personalised products over £100, however due to their bespoke nature take between 7-10 working days from order to delivery. Please note, personalised orders are non refundable.

International Delivery

We are dedicated to ensuring smooth and speedy international delivery, please be aware charges and estimated delivery times will differ depending on exact locations & addresses. All local charges and customs are calculated at checkout and paid with your order.  This means no additional charges will be due on delivery.

Please note if a refusal of delivery is made, the refunded amount upon receipt of the returned goods will deduct the total amount charged for original shipping plus any return shipping charges too.

Please also note international orders are not eligible for returns. Should you have an issue with your order when it is delivered we will endeavour to replace / refund as fast as possible.
