Folding or fixed?

A folding walking stick packs down small enough for a handbag. Our folding sticks weigh just 376 grams and suit users between 159cm and 178cm tall, with a user weight limit of 100kg. A standard stick is a little sturdier, with a user weight limit of 150kg. If you'll use your stick all day, choose a standard stick. Choose a folding one if you only want it now and then, or for travel.

Getting the right height

Stand up straight in your usual shoes with your arms relaxed by your sides. The top of the handle should sit level with the crease of your wrist. When you hold it, your elbow should bend slightly. Our guide to how to walk with a walking stick explains more.

Comfort that lasts all day

Every stick comes with a removable, machine-washable neoprene grip. For extra cushioning, add soft grips, or save with the Walking Stick Comfort Bundle. Ferrules wear down over time, and you can find replacements in our ferrules collection.
