We offer FREE delivery on all our personalised products over £100, however due to their bespoke nature take between 7-10 working days from order to delivery. Please note, personalised orders are non refundable.

We are dedicated to ensuring smooth and speedy international delivery, please be aware charges and estimated delivery times will differ depending on exact locations & addresses. All local charges and customs are calculated at checkout and paid with your order. This means no additional charges will be due on delivery.
Please note if a refusal of delivery is made, the refunded amount upon receipt of the returned goods will deduct the total amount charged for original shipping plus any return shipping charges too.

Bought one for my daughter and she loves it, we live in a rural area so it’s ideal for her getting from the car to the house.
I am so grateful that this has been released! As someone who has MS and will soon be living in a village with no street lights, this will come in handy. I’ve already used this out and about many times and swapped it between my different cool crutch walking sticks with ease. Thank you so much for creating this!!
My wife uses these crutches most of the time and recently whilst walking our dogs at night time she found it difficult holding the leads, a separate torch and the crutches so I tried a cheaper torch that fixes to the crutch and after a short while my wife found it more of a hinderance than a help due to not being able to direct the light. I found the cool crutch torch and after reading a review brought it. It wasn't the cheapest by far but it is fully adjustable and easy to use with no fiddly buttons. It straight forward and totally directable so I now have a happy wife when walking the dogs! Thank you.
This has been a game changer for me. Walking in the dark is so much easier with this. I don't worry about misjudging steps or kerbs.

VAT exemption means you don't pay the standard 20% VAT on the price of mobility aids. If you live with a long term condition or disability that impacts your mobility you can claim VAT exemption. Not sure if you qualify? Take the test.
All of our adult walking sticks and crutches are suitable for heights between 4"10 and 6"4 and have a maximum user weight limit of 150kg. Please note our children's crutches have a max user height of 4"7 and weight limit of 100kg.
