We offer FREE delivery on all our personalised products over £100, however due to their bespoke nature take between 7-10 working days from order to delivery. Please note, personalised orders are non refundable.
International Delivery
We are dedicated to ensuring smooth and speedy international delivery, please be aware charges and estimated delivery times will differ depending on exact locations & addresses. All local charges and customs are calculated at checkout and paid with your order. This means no additional charges will be due on delivery.
Please note if a refusal of delivery is made, the refunded amount upon receipt of the returned goods will deduct the total amount charged for original shipping plus any return shipping charges too.
Please also note international orders are not eligible for returns. Should you have an issue with your order when it is delivered we will endeavour to replace / refund as fast as possible.

VAT exemption means you don't pay the standard 20% VAT on the price of mobility aids. If you live with a long term condition or disability that impacts your mobility you can claim VAT exemption. Not sure if you qualify? Take the test.
All of our adult walking sticks and crutches are suitable for heights between 4"10 and 6"4 and have a maximum user weight limit of 150kg. Please note our children's crutches have a max user height of 4"7 and weight limit of 100kg.
