Our lightweight walking stick straps are subtle and sleek. Designed to stop your stick crashing to the floor when you open the door and to safely slide onto the main stem of your stick to reduce the chance of catching.
Each walking stick comes with a wrist strap, they are available to buy as additional accessories as singles, as well as pairs.

For standard orders (excluding bespoke), order by Friday 18th December before 3pm for guaranteed Christmas delivery. For guaranteed New Year delivery, order by Tuesday 22nd December before 3pm.

Bespoke crutches and walking sticks
For all bespoke orders (UK and international), the last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Friday 4th December.
Our design studio is closed from 23rd December to 4th January, so bespoke orders placed in that time will be ready to ship from Tuesday 12th January.

For free next day delivery, your order must be placed before 3pm. Your order will be delivered for free by courier the next WORKING day (Monday-Friday).
For example, an order placed on a Monday before 3pm will be delivered on Tuesday, however an order placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Monday.
Personalised Crutches & Walking Sticks
We offer FREE delivery on all our personalised products over £100, however due to their bespoke nature take between 7-10 working days from order to delivery. Please note, personalised orders are non refundable.
International Delivery
We are dedicated to ensuring smooth and speedy international delivery, please be aware charges and estimated delivery times will differ depending on exact locations & addresses. All local charges and customs are calculated at checkout and paid with your order. This means no additional charges will be due on delivery.
Please note if a refusal of delivery is made, the refunded amount upon receipt of the returned goods will deduct the total amount charged for original shipping plus any return shipping charges too.
Please also note international orders are not eligible for returns. Should you have an issue with your order when it is delivered we will endeavour to replace / refund as fast as possible.

VAT exemption means you don't pay the standard 20% VAT on the price of mobility aids. VAT relief is available on our crutches and walking sticks when they are for someone using them long term. Not sure if you qualify? Take the test.
All of our adult walking sticks and crutches are suitable for heights between 4"10 and 6"4 and have a maximum user weight limit of 150kg. Please note our children's crutches have a max user height of 4"7 and weight limit of 100kg.
